The planners of the inaugural National Salon Suite Conference required a range of marketing materials for pre-event, day-of, and post-event phases. Their primary goal was to promote ticket sales for the conference. Seeking effective communication strategies, they approached us to develop a comprehensive suite of materials that not only generated anticipation leading up to the event but also sustained momentum in the aftermath. Our collaborative efforts are dedicated to crafting compelling content to successfully drive ticket sales for the 1st annual National Salon Suite Conference.
As integral contributors during the initial stages of planning, our role was pivotal in determining the success or failure of the marketing campaign. Our responsibility extended beyond mere participation; we were entrusted with the task of conveying extensive information about the event in a format that was not only easily digestible but also compelling for potential sales. Engaging in all facets of the event lifecycle, we navigated through distinct action items tailored for each stage, ensuring a cohesive approach that seamlessly tied together all components.
Leveraging the client’s extensive contact list, which originated from a website we previously developed for them, we employed targeted campaigns to sell tickets. To satisfy day-of requirements, we reduced our workload and saved time by creating the logo and handed it off to our graphics partner for the development of banners and displays tailored for the conference. Implementing a concise yet descriptive 3-step sales funnel, we not only facilitated ticket sales but also captured leads for post-event activities and sales. Following the event, we harnessed insights from ticket sales reports to launch subsequent campaigns, focusing on upselling virtual tickets and enhancing communications for attendees.
