Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field and valid BCBA certification required
• Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or autism
• Prior experience as a BCBA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and guide other professionals
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule through June 2027

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services, create individualized plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for a K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with educators and other staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Supervise and support an onsite contractor, ensuring fidelity in intervention delivery
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress reports on student development
• Engage families and school team members in strategies to support student success

This position offers consistent weekday hours (Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week) with stability through June 10, 2027. You'll enjoy being part of an onsite environment where teamwork and collaboration are valued, enabling you to directly support students as they grow.
