Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and designing effective behavior intervention plans
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student behavioral challenges and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff on behavior strategies
• Offer training and professional development to school teams as needed
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and inform adjustments
• Communicate regularly with families and school personnel regarding student support
• Ensure all programming complies with ethical and professional standards
