Learning & Development Business Partner (Grade 19) - Starting Annual Salary: $62,109.00 Learning & Development Business Partner II (Grade 20) - Starting Annual Salary: $70,179.00 Sr. Learning & Development Business Partner (Grade 21) - Starting Annual Salary: $79,373.00 Rate of pay depends on qualifications and level of position (Entry to Senior) JOB SUMMARY The Learning & Development Business Partner conducts learning and development activities and assists in developing strategies and designs for organizational development, talent and performance management, employee engagement and change management functions. Coordinates learning initiatives around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, delivery, and evaluation.
