Job Description
Duties include but not limited to;
Practice confidentiality at ALL times.
· Ensure that all leasing & office signage &/or advertising, pricing is up to date, legible & clean.
· Assist in leasing advertising & marketing activities, including creating ads, producing marketing reports, & tracking rental rates & trends.
· Assist in vacancy showings.
· Assist in tenant communications.
· Assist in completing Move-In Procedures & w/Residents.
· Assist in completing Move-Out Procedures & w/ Residents.
· Conduct Marketing surveys/rental comparisons monthly or as needed.
· Assist Tenants as needed with lease concerns, renewals &/or questions.
· General office duties from; including but not limited to data-entry, filing, scanning, printing, copying documents, etc.
· Assist in Property/Home Inspections, from time to time.
· Quarter deposits @ the bank.
· Work independently.
· Maintain a valid driver’s license & insurance @ all times.
· Be energetic & have a positive outlook & approach.
· Strong computer, math & time management skills.
· Ability to multi-task & prioritize while paying attention to detail for accuracy.
· Excellent competency in communication & customer relations, including verbal & writing skills.
· Check Voicemails regularly, respond to messages & emails within 24 hours.
· Create Documents, Spreadsheets & Signs. Data Entry while paying attention to detail.
· Complete Data entry as instructed/needed. Including but not limited to:
- Maintenance Requests
- Rental Applications
- Lease Documents
- Etc.
· Send (via email) &/or post tenant notices.
