Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to our dedicated team at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott Valley, Arizona; just 90 minutes North of Phoenix.
This is a chance to practice high-quality neonatal care with real autonomy in a supportive, well-structured Level II NICU caring for babies 32 weeks and up. Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) play a central role in newborn care—from delivery attendance to daily management—while collaborating closely with an on-call Neonatologist.
Manage and care for infants in a Level II NICU
Attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries
Evaluate and care for all newborns
Practice independently with daily phone rounds with the on-call Neonatologist
Enjoy a role with variety, responsibility, and strong clinical Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) ownership
Flexible 12-, 24-, or 36-hour shifts

Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Prior experience as licensed NNP required
