Security SupervisorDate: Oct 21, 2026Location: Allentown, PA, USCompany: ChobaniSummary: You will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of physical security at the Allentown plant, which operates on a 24 hours x 7 days basis. You will also provide a professional interface with employees, ensuring that the necessary protections are in place and the business is properly and appropriately secured against threats. Requirements vary, but supervisors can expect to work 40-50 hours per week generally scheduled around Monday-Friday day shifts. Occasionally night and weekend work may be required.Responsibilities:Ensure security officer resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and that department/site priorities are always covered adequatelyLocal security budgets are properly controlled and managed, to achieve best value for moneyAll officer training needs/requirements are identified and actioned promptlyPerformance management of all site security officers, including training and mentorshipAttendance issues are addressed in accordance with Chobani policies and proceduresMaintain site Post Orders, ensuring they are up to date for use by all officers, including individual instructions for each post, the use of security equipment, etc.Requirements:7-10 years related work experienceDemonstrated history leading teams of security officersExcellent organizational skillsMust have proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word & OutlookAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude, high energy, flexibility and personal initiativeInquisitiveness and creativity to implement improvements to processesAbility to work well under pressure and maintain professional demeanorAbility to meet physical requirements including, but not limited to, a variety of walking, sitting, standing, bending and lifting; full dexterity in both hands and wrists; regular lifting of up to 60lbsRelevant law enforcement or corporate security experience preferred.About Us: Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. In short: making good food for all.The salary range for this full-time position is $60,500 - $95,700, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
