Job Description

Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience in a production, customer-facing environment.
• Experience shipping AI, machine learning, or LLM features to production.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and Python.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor, with the ability to review, test, and secure AI-generated code.
• Experience building and deploying AI bots or agents, including prompt and tool design, integrations, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Dataverse or Power Platform.
• Preferred: Client-facing consulting or delivery experience.
• Preferred: Experience with MLOps, Azure, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
• Preferred: Experience mentoring early-career engineers or supporting an internship program.
• Preferred: Construction industry or construction software experience.

• Contribute to technical direction, engineering standards, and development practices.
• Design, build, and review production software in .NET/C# and Python, including Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and release AI bots and agents connected to client and internal data, with appropriate guardrails, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Work with users from project scoping through delivery, maintaining technical quality and client confidentiality.
• Use AI coding tools in daily development and help the team establish effective, secure AI-assisted workflows aligned with our AI-use and security policies.
• Take software proofs of concept and prototypes through production, including testing and support plans.
• Mentor developers and interns through code reviews, paired work, and technical guidance.
• Follow and maintain source control, testing, and release standards, while protecting company and client intellectual property and data.
• Help foster innovation and bring it to commercial visibility.
